1st Cold

So, Cody has his first cold plus ear infections in both ears. Today was supposed to be my first day back to work but instead we spent the day at the doctors office and getting antibiotics... speaking of antibiotics, it's next to impossible to get an infant to take his medicine. Not sure how we are going to get enough down him to get him well. Poor baby is so congested and choked up. And I have to leave him tomorrow to go back to work. At least my mom is watching him this week, and I trust that she knows what she's doing. =) Oh, and at the doc we found out that Cody weighs 12 lbs 9 oz and he's not even 7 weeks old. He is definitely a little chunky monkey!
Nothing much else going on here. Caleb is getting ready for middle school, we are filling out registration forms and talking about band instruments. He has to list 3 choices in order of preference so he picked percussion, flute, and saxophone. He's pretty excited. Oh, my dad and Asher built him a new bed too, I'll have to post some pictures here when I'm on the desktop computer. We don't have them on the laptop. It's TOO cool. Anyway, I hope everyone is well.
